Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Shred Camp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App and the Shred Camp website.

Use of the App

Shred Camp is a skateboarding progression tool for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to track your skating progress, access trick breakdowns, and build session plans.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the App

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at shredcampjames@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and Payments

Shred Camp offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $2.99/month, billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple. To manage your subscription, go to your Apple ID settings on your device.

Intellectual Property

All content in Shred Camp — including trick descriptions, artwork, logos, and the app interface — is owned by Shred Camp or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Shred Camp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skateboarding is a physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. The App provides educational content only and is not a substitute for proper instruction, safety equipment, or good judgement. You skate at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shred Camp and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including personal injury resulting from skateboarding activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
